Shipping & Delivery
Please allow between 5-7 working days for your order to be dispatched. If it has been more than 10 working days and you have not received a shipping confirmation please contact Pepper & Murphy's immediately to review the status of your order.
Returns & Refunds
At Pepper and Murphy's we take great pride in the quality of our products so if, on the rare occasion, you discover your items to be faulty or damaged please contact us immediately.
You will need to contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. Please email us and include photos of your faulty item and request whether you would like an exchange or refund.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. For exchanges please notify in an email or text what product you wish to exchange it with.
For approved refunds, a credit will be forwarded to your nominated bank account or Paypal account.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your bank's policies.
Tracking Your Order
Pepper & Murphy's is in partnership with Australia Post. Your items will receive a tracking number. Please go to the Australia Post website and enter your tracking number to see the status of your order.
